Gmail v2.3.5 for Android Devices


Google’s Android team recently updated the Gmail app for Android. The latest Gmail v2.3.5 has got new features sync priority mail only options, label-specific ringtones, “Show Pictures” for specific senders, and more.


The Gmail app for Android is said to be the best among the smartphone apps out there. It’s integrated with other Android apps and Contacts and features sync, conversations, integration, search, and push functions among others.


Here is a list of what’s new in this version:



  • Save bandwidth and battery by only syncing priority mail

  • Use label notifications to mash up filters, labels, and ringtones

  • Remember ‘Show Pictures’ for senders

  • Turn off sticky message actions in landscape or all orientations

  • Better TalkBalk support for accessibility

  • Performance improvements
