Hey Buzz Crew,

Regarding Google Plus, I would love to give it a chance free of much of the whoring of our data and ads from Facebook and Myspace hip hop tone.

I just want to say that I cannot stand Facebook and the culture that social media has created.

-I am not old at all, in fact a gen Xer.

To me Facebook reeks social of rejects that fall in one of the following categories:

1) Lonely stay at home mom's or dad's that need social stimuli and post every damn frivolous thought that comes to their mind, whether they ran out of sugar baking a cake or some asinine half processed idea

2) People who think or are in high school trying to show how important they are by 'Friending' every stranger on the net to compensate for their insecurities.

3) Pedophiles.

4) People without a life who check it every ten minutes for entertainment.

Anyhow, love the show.

Props to Bryan from another Asian Super Stud!!

Thanks,

David Bui

Love the show. Let me start by saying that once upon a time, a long time ago, I did have a facebook. I liked it when it was for sharing pictures with my family & friends, since my parents live in Colombia and I’m in the US. Once the twitter like feed popped up, I jumped ship, I mean I don’t wanna hear Molly overreact about Cars II and then rant about it and it show up in my stream, no way. Neither do I want to know what my friend ate for breakfast. I won’t participate in Google+, simply because what I’m looking for is another Facebook, pre-bull shizz privacy invasion thermo nuclear ….. So if Google+ is just another way for Google to get my private data to make more money off of ads, I’m not down. Love the show, hate the rants! :-)

I would like to point out that while Office 365 does cost $$ to use to alternatives like the free Google Docs, Microsoft also offers a similar free services at http://docs.com. When you also take into consideration that this $25 per month cost give the users a inbox with "UNLIMITED" storage and a full copy of Office they can install on the local computer the value proposition it much better. I would like to point out that Google Apps is NOT free and starts at about $50 per user per year…

Yes… Office 365 is a little more expensive than Google Apps but when you take into consideration all the additional services and features that it has over Google Apps i still think it is still great value…

Hey buzzcrew- I was on a flight from LAX to NYC a couple of weeks ago and John Hodgeman was on my flight. As we were exiting the plane, I noticed him playing with his iPhone and saw that he had the BOL podcast on his phone. Now we know the source of his expertise.

Love the show!
