If you’ve been feverishly waiting for the HTC One to launch in India, there might be some bad news headed your way. The official word is that the One will not be hitting stores in India before the 4th week of May. This information is based on HTC’s response to an email sent by a consumer.

The Galaxy S4 just went on sale in India over the weekend, and any further delay will only make HTC’s task of succeeding in India harder. Samsung has the marketing muscle, while HTC has a great product. If only they’d put it on sale.
