Designed by Swanke Hayden Connell Architects, Man Group’s Headquarters was recently completed in London.
“The ground floor contains a large riverfront-facing staff restaurant and bar, and a 200-person auditorium. The 9th floor is a purpose-designed client-facing floor, with a large terrace overlooking the Thames and a suite of individually-designed fine dining rooms.
It also contains a client meeting suite, a business lounge and the Boardroom housing the Man Booker prize collection. The general office floors are designed to be largely open-plan with a central zone around the core designed to accommodate various enclosed work-settings and meeting spaces with vending and breakout areas which take advantage of the river view.”
