Halo 4 app launches, JBL SoundFly debuts, Apple report shows strong growth:
A new app has launched for the iPhone that promotes Halo 4 and 7-Eleven stores in the US and Canada. The game app uses augmented reality and requires players to scan Mountain Dew and Doritos snacks to win in-game prizes.


The JBL SoundFly Air portable speaker has officially debuted supporting AirPlay. The speaker works with companion app to customize the sound and plugs directly into an electrical outlet. The speaker is up for pre-order at $199.99.
Apple has filed its 10-K with the SEC outlining the growth the company. So far the company has spent $3.4 billion in 2012 on research and development and increased its workforce by 73,000 full-time employees. Apple also reports revenue increased by 19% to $51.1 million for the year.
