iPhone 5 pre-orders launch, iPhone 5 shipping slips to two weeks, Apple wins lawsuit in Europe:
Pre-orders for the iPhone 5 kicked off early this morning. If you want to get your hands on one of the new smartphones as soon as possible, you’ll need to pre-order.


After only an hour of taking pre-orders, the iPhone 5 slipped to a two-week shipping delay. The shipping delay is now the same in both the US and in the UK.
Apple has won a suit in Europe against Motorola over so-called rubber-banding. This is the feature that makes the page scroll back to the top when the user reaches the end to indicate they can no longer scroll.
