Among the millions of people who watched the spectacular 'ring of fire' eclipse on Sunday across a thin strip of the Western U.S. and eastern Asia, was a 26-year-old woman from San Bruno, California.
The reason why we picked out this woman, who was not identified by the police, is because she blamed the solar eclipse for a car accident that left a 10-year old girl with a broken arm.
