One of the new features I'm pretty excited about is the new postgis gui batch features that allows not only for multiple import of shape files, but also multiple export of shapefiles. It will work fine with your postgis 1.5 databases as well. We have windows standalone gui binaries at http://www.postgis.org/download/windows.
