People need to be educated on how to support a scalable, elastic environment that can deliver the necessities of cloud, yet understand how to handle anomalies from the environment that can indicate the source of a breach. Processes need to be able to discern appropriate use of the environment, perform delivery services in a structured manner, and respond to events in a structured manner. And Technology needs to be able to detect and respond dynamically to inappropriate use and incorporate people and processes to respond to threats."
