Yelp updates iOS app, Apple/Samsung court case starts, Chinese watchdog puts Apple on blacklist

Yelp updates iOS app, Apple/Samsung court case starts, Chinese watchdog puts Apple on blacklist:
Yelp has announced that it has updated its iOS app to version 6.0 for the iPhone and the iPad. Yet dated app is available now and brings revised pages for businesses, new community insights, and an inability to complement other users for their reviews.

The legal battle between Apple and Samsung hits a San Jose federal court today over Apple’s allegations that Samsung stole its designs and infringed on its patents. Apple is seeking $2.5 billion in damages and a ban on the sale of certain Samsung products in the US.
The China Consumer Association has placed Apple on its “company integrity” blacklist. Apple’s landing on the blacklist stems from complaints the company says it has received about after sales service policies.
