Apple's new iPad has gone on sale in Asia and Europe with early signs of success. In Australia and Japan, reports existed of hundreds of people in line at Apple stores, including as many as 450 at the flagship store in Tokyo's Ginza district, the Nikkei said. It also launched in Hong Kong and Singapore....
