Long Term .NET Work

Budget: $10,000+
I’ve been working on a contract for over two years now, serving as technical lead for a very small dev team (currently three devs). We are looking to expand our team and are particularly interested in front-end developers with great communication skills.
The project is multi-tiered, with a .NET (C#) windows service back-end and a couple of front-end applications (in WinForms and Silverlight). This application serves large health insurance companies (the largest in the world) and has been a pleasure to be a part of.
I’m looking for devs that could potentially commit to a full-time contract, though starting out part-time is an option. If both parties are pleased with the agreement, this work could stretch into other projects.

BuddyPress and WordPress Developer Needed

Budget: $1,000 to $2,500
We are building a community platform for a client with the BuddyPress framework and plugin, but some of the features the client is requesting is out of our knowledge base. We are looking for a freelance developer who would be interested in working with us on this project to edit and maneuver code and the functionality to work to their advantage.
Basically the site has two sides, an employee and employer side of functionality. We need registration techniques for both groups, we need to have them customize their profile extensively, etc.
Another feature we need is for the employer to post jobs through the discussion thread functionality and have employees submit their information. Then the employer can see profile information, contact, information, etc. of the potential hire.
Much more along these lines, we just need someone who is a rockstar at buddypress and can integrate these functionalities using the framework and built features.
