The Ghacks Christmas Giveaway 2012 is coming:
The Ghacks Christmas Giveaway is celebrating its fifth anniversary this year which is another milestone that I never thought I reach when I started the first giveaway five years ago. Back then we were one of the first independent blogs to run giveaways in December to give something back to our readers who stood by us throughout the year.
The anniversary makes this year’s giveaway special, and we are hard at work contacting great software companies to provide us with licenses for their best products for the giveaway.  The giveaway starts in about ten days and I’d like to use this opportunity to get each and every one of you involved in the preparation.
While I have already secured the participation of software companies such as Kaspersky, Dropbox or Newsbin, I’d like you to provide me with your ideas on which companies we should contact to get them on board. Note that the “big” ones, Microsoft and Adobe for instance, have been unresponsive in all of the years, while medium and smaller sized countries usually agreed to participate whenever we contacted them.
Let us know about programs that you think are the best commercial programs on today’s Internet, and services that you are interested in. Programs that you would like to see in the giveaway. This can be PC software or software for Android. I do not have any other systems at my disposal right now, so no iOS, Apple, Linux or Windows Phone suggestions please.

While I can’t guarantee participation, we have seen a solid response rate during previous giveaway periods.
The Ghacks Christmas Giveaway 2012 starts on December 1 and will end on December 24. Each day we will reviewing at least one carefully selected program or service and give each and every one of you the opportunity to win a license or code for the reviewed program or service.
