Samsung has reportedly hit Apple with a significant price increase on the processors that Samsung builds for Apple gadgets such as the iPhone and iPad. A source claiming to be familiar with the matter says that Samsung has increased prices by 20% and Apple has agreed.
Courts in the UK have ruled that Apple has to pay Samsung’s legal fees after Apple posted its apology statement that was founded the “false and misleading.” Apple was forced to replace the original statement with another version and being forced to pay Samsung’s legal fees is a sort of punishment for the initial apology letter.
Apple and HTC have announced they have reached a global legal settlement. The two companies have agreed to a ten-year arrangement that will see neither bring legal action against the other the next decade.
