Apple says staff cuts were a mistake, Samsung rests its case, Judge asks Apple if it’s “smoking crack”:
Over the last week or so news is surfaced that Apple was making some significant cutbacks in some of its retail stores around the world. Apple has now announced that it will be reversing some of those staff cutbacks calling them a mistake.


Samsung has rested its case against Apple in court over patent infringement. Samsung is seeking $421.8 million in damages from Apple.
Judge Koh is presiding over the case between Apple and Samsung in court and ran out of patience when Apple presented a 75-page document highlighting 22 witnesses it wanted to call in the case. Koh asked Apple legal reps if they were smoking crack in relation to wanting to call all those witnesses.
